You don't have to be home to receive our delivery. If nobody's home to receive the delivery we'll leave the food at your front door (unless otherwise instructed by you). The food is packaged in a reusable box with ice-packs that will keep it cold for at least 12 hours.
If you live in a gated community or apartment building with coded doors/security guards and you will not be home to receive your delivery please make sure to provide us the necessary information (gate code, contact person, etc. or inform the security person about the delivery).

Also, notice that the first 4 top items on the menu are always gourmet raw vegan entrees. These dishes are perfect for lunches and dinners. These are savory satiating dishes that are mostly made with veggies with some nuts/seeds and may include some dehydrated items. We also have a dessert, a soup, and a garden salad on our menu every week. Besides that, we have a variety of delicious fresh squeezed juices and smoothies that can make a perfect breakfast or even become the staple of your cleansing diet.
Are you able to modify some of the dishes? For example, “I don’t like olives” or “I’m allergic to peppers”.
We might be able to modify some of the dishes, especially, when it's just the toppings or items that go on a side of the dish that you want to avoid. For example, if you don't like olives we could easily modify your dish. However, if you have any specific food preferences or allergies it's always best to talk to us first.
What are the portion sizes?
If you have tried gourmet raw food dishes before you probably know that most of the dishes come in servings smaller than regular cooked foods, except for salads! All the food has been made using fresh organic raw produce and is naturally packed with nutrients. Most people agree that raw food dishes are more satiating than regular cooked and processed foods ("empty calories").
Most of our raw food entrees are packaged in 24oz containers. Our Garden Salad comes in 32oz container with a 4oz raw vegan dressing on the side. All juices, smoothies and almond milk come in 32oz containers.
If you're new to raw foods and are used to eating big portion meals, you can accompany most of our raw entrees with fresh greens (like spinach, baby greens, lettuce, sprouts) on the side, that way you will have a well balanced satiating meal!
How many days does the food stay fresh?
Most of our raw food entrees stay fresh up to 4-6 days. Desserts, most of the time, can last all week. Soup and Garden Salad are best to be consumed in 4 days. We recommend to have your juices and smoothies in 3 days.
Each food container will have a label with our suggested day for expiration.
Do you provide nutritional value (calories, protein, carbs, fats, etc) for each dish?
No, we do not provide nutritional value of our dishes as that would be quite complicated having in mind that we keep rotating our menu every week, and modify some of the dishes depending on available seasonal produce. Most entrees have ~200-350cal depending if they are mostly veggie based or have some nuts/seeds.
If I eat your food, will I get enough protein?
Proteins are chains of amino acids. Veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds are the best source of amino acids.
It's been shown in many studies that less than 10% of calories from protein are more than sufficient for our bodies. And it is impossible to have a protein deficiency on a whole food plant based diet that provides sufficient calories.
Do any of the dishes have legumes or grains?
No, we don't use any grains or legumes for our raw food dishes, only nuts and seeds. Some dehydrated items might include buckwheat, but it is actually a seed and, in spite of it's confusing name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is gluten free.
Will eating raw food help me to lose weight?
Yes, it can definitely help you lose weight in the most natural unharmful way. Eliminating processed foods (like sugar, flour, etc), preservatives, and animal products will help your body cleanse, detox and come to its natural balance (whether you need to lose or gain weight).
Also, make sure to breath plenty of fresh oxygen, drink filtered or spring water, exercise/play, and avoid any stress by appreciating life in all unlimited ways :)
Can I warm up the food?
If you're new to raw foods and feel uncomfortable eating your raw meals cold there are a few ways how you can slightly warm up the food but still have it raw.
One option is to plan in advance what you will have for lunch or dinner that day and take that meal out of refrigerator a few hours before serving, that way the food will be at least room temperature by the time you serve it. If you have a food dehydrator you can use it to warm up your meal (make sure to keep the temperature below F115-118). You can also use your oven at a very low temperature for a few minutes.
You can warm up a raw soup in a small pot on a stove (low heat). As long as you can stick your finger in the soup and it doesn't hurt, it's raw!
Can I freeze the food?
We don't recommend freezing any of our gourmet raw food dishes.
However, you could freeze some of our desserts, especially the ones that are cheesecake like.
