San Diego Delivery Menu for Jan 3rd, 2012

We would like to start this New Year with a new menu. As you see there's no pictures added yet, but all the dishes look scrumptious and colorful in our Chef’s head ;)

Dragon Rolls: Spicy sweet potato-ginger rolls filled with scallions, bell peppers, jicama, carrots, and spinach, accompanied with masala sauce and coconut-basil salsa (with fresh chilies and kale) on the side

Vortex Noodles: A fine-tuned combination of zucchini and bok choy noodles infused with fennel-lemongrass sauce, accompanied with a tempting mixture of mushrooms, carrots, fresh herbs and marinara sauce

In the Barrel: Collard wraps filled with Italian spread (made with carrots, walnuts, peppers and Italian herbs) and spinach, romaine lettuce, mint and lemon basil, accompanied with sweet ginger-pepper sauce on the side

Love Variety: Crunchy jicama "rice" mixed with scallions, peppers, spicy-garlic walnuts, sugar plum tomatoes and 4 different herbs; with creamy tomato sauce and sweet potato tortillas on the side

Voyage: Gazpacho soup made with fresh squeezed carrot juice, celery and lemon-cashew milk, garnished with bok choy, mung bean sprouts and a fine touch of ginger, garlic and chilies

Love & Luv: Walnut chocolate cookies made with Luv potion #12 (maca, royal jelly, cinnamon and spices), aphrodisiac caramel lucuma and raisins

Garden Salad: An abundant mix of tender greens, mini tomatoes, sweet peppers, radishes, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, carrots, herbs and sprouts with lemonish Parsnip-Parsley dressing on the side

Green Smoothie (32oz): A blend of fresh organic spinach, kale and fruits (oranges, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango, apple, etc.)
Energy Booster Smoothie (32oz): A blend of fresh organic beets, oranges, strawberries, apples, carrots and pineapple
Fresh Squeezed Juice (32 oz) made with ORGANIC fruits and veggies! Available selections: Carrot Juice; Orange Juice; Green Juice (celery, cucumber, apple, kale, lemon and parsley); Carrot-Beet-Celery Juice; Carrot-Apple-Celery Juice; also available Raw Almond Milk
