Paradise Samosas: Fine sweet yam-pumpkin wrap filled with tantalizing Thai spread, accompanied with creamy garlic-tomato sauce

Thai Noodles: Made with kelp noodles, daikon, napa cabbage, zucchini, sweet yams, bell peppers and sweet almond-chili sauce

Florentine Lasagna: Layers of zucchini, Italian sundried tomato spread and ricotta cheese, topped with basil sauce, tomatoes and Italian herbs

Persimmon Dream: Holiday cookies made with seasonal local Fuyu persimmons, walnuts, raisins, coconut and raw chocolate...With fresh fruit coctail and persimmon-lemon jelly on the side...

Mama Rosa: Mexican version of cold Russian borsch, made with raw almond milk, jalapenos, beets, dill and cucumbers

Garden Salad: An abundant mix of tender greens, mini tomatoes, sweet peppers, radishes, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, carrots, herbs and sprouts with Raw Tahini dressing on the side

Green Smoothie (32oz): A blend of fresh organic spinach, kale and fruits (oranges, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango, apple, etc.)
Energy Booster Smoothie (32oz): A blend of fresh organic beets, oranges, strawberries, apples, carrots and pineapple
